Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is a cloud-delivered security service edge that protects users' internet and SaaS traffic without on-site appliances, as part of the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange. Its proxy inspects all TLS/SSL traffic and applies a secure web gateway, URL filtering, cloud firewall, IPS, DNS security, AI-assisted sandboxing and browser isolation, along with CASB and data loss prevention. It can also inspect prompts sent to generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and sends logs to SIEM, SOAR and XDR systems.
