Review guidelines
Reviews help people choose companies. To keep them useful and fair, every review on Companies Radar follows these rules.
Writing a review
- Write about your own, recent experience with the company, its products or services.
- Explain what went well and what didn't – at least 80 characters.
- One review per person and company. You can edit it later; an edited review is checked again.
- Accounts can write reviews 24 hours after they were created, and only after the e-mail address is confirmed.
Not allowed
- Links, advertising, contact details or personal data about anyone.
- Reviews of a company you work for, represent, compete with or were paid or rewarded to review.
- Offensive, discriminatory or threatening language, and claims you can't back up.
- Copied text, or several reviews of the same company from one person or network.
How reviews are checked
Every review is checked by our team before it is published – companies can't approve, reject or remove reviews. You receive an e-mail with the decision and, if it wasn't published, the reason. Only published reviews count towards a company's rating.
Companies
A company that has claimed and verified its profile can publish one public reply to each review and report reviews it believes break these rules. Companies can't pay to remove or reorder reviews, and reviews never influence our ranking in exchange for payment.
