About Scoro

Scoro builds cloud software for professional services firms such as consultancies, agencies, architecture practices, engineering companies and IT consultancies. The platform is sold as a set of eight modular applications that share a single data model, so customers buy only the pieces they need: work and task management, project management, time and cost tracking, resource and capacity planning, a CRM and pipeline, estimating and budgeting, bill and expense management, and client invoicing.

The company was founded in 2013 and is registered in London, at 9th Floor 107 Cheapside, where it also publishes a support address and phone number. Its largest office is in Tallinn, Estonia, with a smaller one in Riga, Latvia, and colleagues in the UK and US working remotely; the careers page puts the headcount at around 130 people. Scoro was originally founded in Tallinn before moving its registered address to London.

The platform is aimed at firms that want to know whether particular clients, projects and teams are profitable, and it reports on utilisation and scope. It integrates with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage Intacct for accounting, and with Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Jira, Stripe, HubSpot and Salesforce. An AI assistant called ELI is built into the product, and a Model Context Protocol server exposes Scoro data to external AI tools. Scoro says it is GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 certified, and that more than 1,000 professional services companies use the product.
