About Backblaze

Backblaze was founded in 2007 by Gleb Budman and colleagues who wanted simple, affordable online backup. It builds its own storage infrastructure and is known for publishing hard-drive reliability statistics.

Its B2 Cloud Storage is an S3-compatible object storage service at a fraction of large-cloud prices, and Computer Backup protects PCs and Macs for a flat price. Backblaze is listed on Nasdaq.
