About Pi Datacenters
Pi Datacenters is an Indian data-centre operator led by founder and CEO Kalyan Muppaneni. Inc42 and TechBehemoths give 2014 as its founding year. The company says it is headquartered in Hyderabad, and its flagship facility is in Amaravati near Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.
It sells colocation, from shared sub-cabinets and dedicated racks to private suites and caged space, along with Pi Cloud: public and private cloud, GPU cloud, SAP on cloud, Kubernetes and virtual desktops. It also provides managed multi-cloud, network and security operations and a cybersecurity range.
The website lists data centres in Amaravati, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Kochi and states that its infrastructure is MeitY-empanelled. Its Amaravati site received an Uptime Institute Tier IV design certification, according to press coverage.
